As a commercial supplier of PPE and workwear, Mola Home Care does not guarantee acceptance of change-of-mind returns.

If approved at our sole discretion:

• Goods must be unused and in original packaging

• Returned within 7 calendar days

• Subject to a restocking fee (up to 20%)

• Return shipping is at the customer’s expense

Customised, branded, embroidered, special-order, clearance, or bulk-manufactured items are strictly non-returnable unless defective.

Shipping costs and delivery timelines are dependent on:

• Order quantity

• Delivery location (domestic or international)

• Product availability and size requirements

• Whether items are standard stock or specially sourced

• Customs, import regulations, and freight conditions (for international orders)

 

A formal shipping quotation and estimated delivery timeframe will be issued prior to dispatch.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Orders will only be processed and dispatched once:

• Full cleared payment has been received (unless approved credit terms apply); and

• Stock availability has been confirmed in writing.

Mola Home Care reserves the right to make partial deliveries where appropriate.
