Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions for Domestic Helper Sourcing Service: Welcome to Mola Home Care. By engaging in our Domestic Helper Sourcing Service, you agree to the following terms: Sourcing Fees: a. A non-refundable sourcing fee is applicable to initiate the search for an ideal domestic helper. b. Details of the sourcing fee will be communicated during the service engagement process. Placement and Training Fee: a. Upon successful placement, a placement and training fee will be charged. b. This fee covers the administrative costs, orientation, and training of the domestic helper. Cancellations: a. Cancellations must be requested in writing via email or SMS. b. Cancellations are subject to approval by Mola Home Care. c. Approved cancellations may be eligible for a partial refund, as determined by our discretion. Deposits: a. A deposit is required to secure our Domestic Helper Sourcing Service. b. The deposit is non-refundable and will be deducted from the total placement and training fee. Replacements: a. Clients are entitled to two replacements at no extra cost within a specified period. b. Replacement requests must adhere to South African employment laws. South African Employment Laws: a. Clients are obligated to comply with South African employment laws in relation to domestic helpers. b. Mola Home Care serves as a facilitator and does not assume responsibility for employer-employee relationships. Liability: a. Mola Home Care is not liable for any disputes arising between clients and domestic helpers. b. Clients are encouraged to foster open communication with their domestic helpers. Privacy Policy: a. Refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle and protect your personal information. By engaging in our Domestic Helper Sourcing Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
